What does your trip planning service include?
My South America trip planning service includes 1-on-1 video calls, a downloadable day-by-day itinerary, your own personalised PDF travel guide, 5+ hours of research on transport, accommodations, and activities, plus my personal recommendations for tours, experiences, and local tips.
We work together to build your dream trip – so we will be regularly checking in via email and then for longer video calls to finalise the itinerary. Once you are happy with it, you can go ahead and book your trip.
I then make your personalised travel guide, unique to your trip, and then act as your travel concierge until the end of your trip.
Why do you include video calls?
Planning a multi-country South America trip is a difficult task, even working with a travel planner like me. The video calls are essential for me to transmit the vast amounts of information about your trip – from transport details, activity information, visas, vaccinations etc.
For trips of 1-month or more, we usually have 1-2 video calls to draft the itinerary, finalise it and make sure you are happy with the plan.
Do you offer booking services?
I don’t handle bookings directly. Instead, I provide trusted recommendations and links so you can book confidently on your own and save money by avoiding expensive agency markups.

Do I need visas or vaccines for South America?
This depends on your nationality and the countries you plan to visit. I’ll advise you on visa rules, entry requirements, and health considerations for your itinerary.
How far in advance should I book your trip planning service?
The earlier, the better – especially for multi-country trips. I recommend reaching out at least 6 months before departure to allow time for planning and adjustments.
If you are planning to visit Patagonia in peak season (Dec-Feb), booking your trip 6 months in advance will help you find cheaper accommodation, tours and flights.
